The European Association for Astronomy Education organises a teacher training course each year to improve and promote scientific astronomical education in European schools. With this kind of activities inside the classroom and also in the open air the EAAE generates debates among the participants on their pedagogical activities and promote contacts among teachers and professors from several European countries on the way to European integration. It is good to compare curriculums, topics and contents at different levels to increase astronomy teaching at school.

These pages contains the texts of some of the workshops presented at the 1st and 2nd EAAE International Summer School.

These proceedings took place to facilitate the exchange of information among instructors and participants at the Summer School, but it is necessary to recognize that they should be usefull as guidelines for teachers of Astronomy in primary, and above all, secondary schools.
