Design, wood- and metalwork
A large well equipped space for practical work. A number of machines are at
the students disposal. There is a separate area for working with plans and
drawings.

Science labs
Four science areas have been rebuilt and renovated during the autumn of 2000.
They are now in use as two general science tuition rooms and a chemistry lab and
a physics lab. The facilities are for the use of the compulsory- and upper
secondary school.

Art
A large well lit room on the lower floor that is well equipped and enjoys a
waterside view. A pottery kiln is installed.

Home economics and consumer knowledge
This facility enjoys eight work stations for food preparation and associated
activities.

Gymnasium
The adequately endowed gymnasium though belongs to ISN. It stands directly
behind the station platform and adjacent to grassed and shale outdoor facilities.

Textile crafts
Another well situated room with a waterside view on the lower floor with all
that is required to provide tuition in textile crafts; sewing machines, cutting
table, ironing board, etc.

The gymnasium is also used
by other schools and after school time by sports
clubs.
|
|

Music and drama room
An air-raid shelter on the lower floor hosts the music and drama room. The
property of the room allows tuition to proceed without being a disturbance to
other tuition in the vicinity. There are instruments and stereo equipment
available for use by students.
The room is available for loan for class
parties and dances.
